Our leadership team is made up of seasoned professionals from the behavioral health and technology industries. Each of the members contributes to our unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, technological expertise and extensive knowledge of the substance abuse and behavioral health professions.

Len Tokar

Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Mr. Tokar has more than 15 years of experience in technology delivery and meeting clients' unique needs. Mr.Tokar's mission at MyCaseRecords is to lead the professional services team in order to improve customer service and deliver client solution implementation on-value and on-time.
Prior to joining MyCaseRecords, Len Tokar co-founded and served as the Executive Vice President of Datamax, being responsible for business development, customer delivery and strategic partnerships with companies such as Hewlett-Packard and EDS. Mr. Tokar holds a Master's Degree and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Ukraine University of Technology.

Alex Stein

Executive Vice President, Co-Founder

Prior to his appointment as EVP, Alex Stein has had a long and successful career in the technology and healthcare markets. Mr. Stein's mission at MyCaseRecords is to lead the company in order to deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly and affordable solutions to the substance abuse professionals in order to improve client care and outcomes.
As one of the early pioneers of business process optimization and document management technologies, Mr. Stein has co-founded Datamax in 1992. Datamax has consistently grown and delivered comprehensive IT solutions to healthcare and other industries globally. Datamax was acquired by Exigen Services in 2000, and Mr. Stein was named a VP of the Government Sector. Mr. Stein holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University.

Jack Aizenstein

Executive Vice President, Co-Founder

Jack Aizenstein brings more than 15 years experience in healthcare-IT, business development & marketing to this position. Mr. Aizenstein was the founder and CEO of MedicalSupplyGroup (acquired by Access Diabetic a subsidiary of Owns & Minor (NYSE: OMI)), a company specializing in online distribution of healthcare equipment. At MedicalSupplyGroup, Mr. Aizenstein was responsible for sales, strategic planning, marketing and business development. He previously worked at Knoll Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Abbott Labs (NYSE:ABT)) and Datamax Technologies, where he was a director of sales & marketing to the healthcare vertical. Mr. Aizenstein holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from State University on New York at Stony Brook.

John Herdman, Ph. D., LADC, ICADC

Vice President of Behavioral Health Division

John Herdman is a licensed psychologist, a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor, and a certified school psychologist with over 33 years of school, military, counseling, and consulting experience. Currently he is an Owner and Clinical Director of Parallels, an outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment agency in Lincoln, Nebraska. Dr. Herdman has all three of his degrees from Penn State University with additional course work from the University of South Florida and the University of Nebraska.
